Purchases & Renewals

I purchased a Kit/used a promotional discount code, why don't I see my order in the My Assets section of kitbash3d.com?

If you used an express checkout service such as Shop, PayPal, Venmo, etc, your purchase is attributed to the email address associated with your express pay account.
Once you locate your receipt, use the email address listed on your receipt to create an account (if you don't have one) or log into kitbash3d.com.

If you did not previously have a KitBash3D account with this email address, you must create an account to access your Kit.

I forgot to cancel my subscription renewal in time, how do I get a refund for the renewal charges?

Please send us a message ASAP. Renewals are eligible for a refund within 3 days of your renewal date.

(email: info@kitabsh3d.com or use our chat messenger to leave your message & information)

  1. In your message, ensure you include the email address attached to your subscription

  2. If your renewal qualifies for a refund, we'll cancel your access and issue a refund upon our return.

Cargo Support

Cargo 3.0 looks different, how do I use it?

We didn't just move the UI around; we rebuilt it to make your 3D workflow faster, cleaner, and more stable.

Read the Cargo Changelog here

Here’s the short version of what’s new:

  • Modernized Interface: We’ve decluttered the UI so you can spend less time searching for assets and more time creating.

  • Performance Rebuild: Under the hood, the connection between Cargo and your 3D software is now more robust and responsive.

  • The "Fresh Start" Protocol: Because the changes are so foundational, old settings can sometimes cause a "visual glitch." If things look off, a quick reset usually does the trick.

Quick Fixes

If Cargo 3.0 giving you trouble, try these steps in order:

  1. Restart Everything: Close your 3D software and exit Cargo (check your Task Manager/Activity Monitor) before relaunching.

  2. Verify Software and Plugins: Make sure your software is still talking to Cargo. Check that your 3D software is supported and properly connected.

  3. The Clean Reinstall: If the UI feels "stuck," you might need to remove your user settings to let the new version take over properly.

Restart Everything

  1. Close your 3D software completely

  2. Exit Cargo (or end the task in Task Manager/Activity Monitor)

  3. Restart your computer

  4. Launch Cargo first, then open your 3D software

  5. Verify Plugin is Enabled Each software has specific locations where the Cargo plugin must be activated: Connecting Cargo to your 3D software
