KitBash3D partners with Humble Bundle on limited-time bundles. Each bundle has its own redemption page and deadline, both listed on your Humble Bundle purchase page.
Before you redeem
Log in to kitbash3d.com with the email you want your Kits on.
Avoid express checkout (Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc.). If you use it, the order goes to the email on that service's account, even if you're logged in to KitBash3D with a different one.
How to redeem
Copy your unique code from your Humble Bundle purchase page.
Open the KitBash3D redemption link on that same page.
Add the bundle to your cart.
At checkout, enter your code and click Apply. Make sure your total shows $0.00 before you complete the order.
Complete checkout. A receipt is sent to the email used at checkout.
Accessing your Kits
Log in to kitbash3d.com and go to Profile → My Assets.
To import individual assets with one click into your 3D software, download Cargo for free.
FAQ
Can I swap a Kit in my bundle for a different one?
No. Bundle contents are fixed and can't be swapped, substituted, or exchanged. Individual Kits are available at kitbash3d.com.
When does my code expire?
Each bundle has its own deadline, shown on your Humble Bundle purchase page. Redeem before then.
I redeemed my code but don't see my Kits.
Check every email you use for a KitBash3D receipt, then log in to kitbash3d.com with that email. Still missing? Contact us with your order number and both email addresses.
I get "This discount has reached its usage limit."
Your code has already been used, usually on a different email. Contact us with your code and your Humble Bundle order number.
The redemption link doesn't work.
Contact us with the bundle name.
I already own a Kit in the bundle.
It will be added to your account again. Bundles can't be partially refunded or credited.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for your Humble Bundle purchase are handled by Humble Bundle, so please contact their support.
The one exception: if you forgot to apply your coupon code on kitbash3d.com and were charged, contact us with your KitBash3D order number and your code.
