In Cargo, you can access the individual models and materials within those Kits, with 1-Click integrations into your supported 3D software, for free.
Any Kits you purchase in the future will automatically be unlocked in Cargo, no subscription required. Learn more about Cargo: What is Cargo?

If you prefer to download the full Kit or require FBX/OBJ format, you can only do so through your account on kitbash3d.com.
Cargo does not support full Kit downloads.
Downloading a purchased Kit on kitbash3d.com
When you buy a new Kit from kitbash3d.com, your new is added the the My Assets section of your profile.
Select the Kit to download and choose all applicable download settings.

Each Kit may consist of 2 folders. Ensure your browser is enabled for multiple downloads.
Accessing a Purchased Kit through Cargo
Within Cargo, you’ll see an Owned banner on every Kit License you've purchased. Every model and material from that Kit will now be unlocked for you to Download and Import.
Ensure the 3D software you're using is supported in Cargo: Cargo Supported Software and Renderers
If you haven't yet connected your 3D software to Cargo, see our guides for each 3D software before taking the steps below
After signing into Cargo, click on your profile icon on the bottom left
Navigate to My Kits
Click on the Kit you'd like to access
Navigate to the asset you want to use, from that Kit and review the Download/Import settings such as Texture Size you want to use.
(The default settings that appear in the Asset Inspector are set inside your Cargo Software Settings. Cargo -> Profile -> Software Settings)Ensure your 3D software is open and the Cargo connection link is green (connected)
Click Download -> Import
The Asset is not in your connected DCC.

Can I buy Kits from Cargo?
Yes!
Kit purchasing is now built directly into the application for Cargo without a subscription—no need to switch to the website.
How do I transfer my Kits to Cargo?
As long as the email address linked to your Cargo account is the same as your KitBash3D account, any Kit you’ve purchased will automatically transfer to Cargo.
Can I access retired Kits I own in Cargo?
Short answer: No. You cannot access legacy Kits you own in Cargo that have been retired from kitbash3d.com.
Cargo has technical requirements for all the assets contained within it, and retired Kits are not updated to work within this software.
Any retired Kits you do own will still be available for you to download from your KitBash3D account by logging into kitbash3d.com and navigating to My Assets.
Otoy Special Edition Kits
The Otoy Special Edition Kits are complimentary for Octane Subscribers as part of special promotions from Otoy. Promotional Kits are limited to the software formats that are supported by Otoy.
If you'd like to access other software versions of an OTOY Kit, you will need to purchase the Kit from kitbash3d.com or subscribe to Cargo for access to every file format we support.
Can I access the same free Kits available from kitbash3d.com for free in Cargo?
Yes. All free Kits available from kitbash3d.com are unlocked and free to use in Cargo. This includes Mission to Minerva, Neo City* and Secrets of the Luminara.
TIP: In Cargo, we always offer a selection of free, unlocked, individual assets from various Kits. Check in frequently to see what's available today!
*Neo City Kit is not packaged as a Kit in Cargo, however, all of the assets are unlocked for free within Cargo.
Type “Neo City” into the search bar in Cargo to pull up the assets from this Kit. You can download Neo City as a Kit when you add it to your account on kitbash3d.com.
