KitBash3D Unlimited

KitBash3D Unlimited is a subscription which grants unlimited access to the entire KitBash3D asset library, in Cargo, while the subscription is active.

Subscribers have a temporary license to use KitBash3D assets in their Larger Works they create while their subscription is active.

License Tiers

KitBash3D Unlimited has 3 license tiers, based on company size.

An entity's License Tier is determined by its total number of employees, not the number of users accessing the assets.

KitBash3D reserves the right to verify company size and enforce proper licensing.

I’m the only employee at my company that needs access to the assets, can I use the Individual License?

No. The Individual License is only available for those working independently (self-employed) and not part of an entity with more than one employee.

If you’re at an organization that employs more than yourself as an employee, you must purchase the Small Business License or contact us for an Enterprise License regardless of how many users need access.

Do I lose rights to the things I made with KitBash3D Unlimited if I cancel my subscription?

No. Canceling your KitBash3D Unlimited plan has no effect on the rights of works you have created while subscribed.

During your subscription you are granted a license to use KitBash3D Unlimited Assets in any Larger Work.

A Larger Work is the final creative project that incorporates KitBash3D products as part of a broader composition.

3.2.2. The Assets may be used by you as part of your Larger Works. You acknowledge and agree that Larger Works must include substantial additional content and/or imagery in addition to the Assets. Furthermore, for any Asset downloaded, imported or obtained from a Platform as part of a Subscription, the Asset may only be used in the Larger Work for which it was originally imported from the Platform; for Subscription users, the removal of an Asset from the original Larger Work to a new or different Larger Work is expressly prohibited. For clarity, a single Asset downloaded, imported, or obtained from a Platform pursuant to a Perpetual License may be used in multiple Larger Works or moved to new or different Larger Works.

3.2.3. The license rights in Section 3.1.2 above are granted during the Term only. However, the duration of the license rights granted in Section 3.1.1 above will depend on your Usage Rights. In particular: a. If you have purchased a Subscription, the license rights granted in Section 3.1.1 are granted during the Term only, provided that, for any Assets that you properly incorporated as part of a Larger Work in accordance with the license rights granted to you in Section 3.1.1 above, you may, following the Term, continue to use and display those Assets as part of the Larger Work in the same manner in which those Assets were incorporated as part of the Larger Work prior to termination.

This means that during your subscription you are free to create as many projects you would like using Cargo Assets, as long as those projects include images, videos, and/or interactive experiences separate and apart from the Assets.

After your subscription ends you would be able to continue working on Larger Works already in progress, release a Large Work that was created prior to your subscription ending, and continue to promote/monetize Larger Works created during your subscription.
