Cargo plans cannot be managed from kitbash3d.com/account.
Log into the Cargo application to view and manage your subscription.

How Do I Cancel My Plan So It Does Not Renew Again?

In order for your subscription to automatically end on the renewal date, you must click Cancel Plan in Cargo, BEFORE the renewal date.

If you cancel your plan after the renewal date, this action will ensure that your subscription will end on the next renewal date.

You can disable the next auto-renewal at any time before the billing cycle ends in

Cargo -> Profile -> Billing -> Cancel Plan

Step 1. Navigate to your Profile -> Billing

Step 2 Click Cancel

Step 3. A browser window will open to confirm your cancellation.

This step must be taken in order to disable the next auto-renewal. If you skip this step, your subscription will renew.

Example 1:
Your annual subscription renewed on June 3, 2025.
You cancel on June 8, 2025.

Your subscription will end on June 3, 2026.

Example 2:

Your annual subscription renews on September 26, 2025

You take the steps to cancel on July 3, 2025

Your subscription will automatically end on September 26, 2025.

Things to Consider When Canceling

  • When your subscription ends, you can continue to work on the projects you created without interruption.

  • After your subscription ends, you are not licensed to use Cargo Assets in any other projects.

  • You do not need an active subscription to release your work or continue working on projects you created while subscribed.

  • You are licensed to release work with the Cargo assets you included in your projects while your subscription was active.

  • Kits purchased separately from kitbash3d.com are always available to download from your kitbash3d.com account or manage for free in Cargo.

Read the full End User License Agreement here for more details on asset licensing for Subscriptions.

How to Reactivate your subscription

If you've set your subscription to cancel but the billing cycle hasn't yet ended, you can reactivate your subscription to automatically renew rather than end.

In Cargo, navigate to the Billing menu and click Reactivate

The below window will open in your browser.
Click Renew Subscription

On the next page, click Renew Subscription to confirm the update

Your subscription has been reactivated. It will automatically renew on the date specified in your Billing settings.

Note: If your subscription has already ended, due to any circumstances, we cannot reinstate your previous subscription terms and pricing.

To gain access to our libraries in Cargo, you must purchase a new subscription.
