Check browser version

Please review your browser version and ensure it's up to date.

Outdated browser versions will affect compatibility with our site. It's important to ensure that you review the release date of the version you're using and ensure you use an updated version or another browser type.

Using a private or Incognito session with an updated browser can also help ID if your browser or browser add-ons are causing the issue with the sign in experience.

Password Managers

It's common to use a password manager when creating new accounts. When creating resetting your password. Ensure you're creating a new password and not allowing your password manager to autofill previous passwords.

Password Requirements

Passwords must meet the below requirements

  • Passwords must be at least 10 characters long.

  • For your protection, we block passwords that have appeared in known public data breaches.

  • Your password cannot be the same as your email address.

  • Ensure you are using a unique combination of characters.

Expired Codes

Account verification and password reset emails expire after 15 minutes from the time they're received.

If you enter a code that's expired, you won't be able to sign in.
Please request a fresh code and only access the email with the most recent timestamp.

⚠️ It's easy to miss the most recent email if your inbox uses email threads to consolidate multiple messages from the same email address.

Account Verification first

If you're signing up or in for the first time, you'll have to enter an account verification code after you enter in your name, email address, and password during Sign Up.

This code will be immediately sent to your email address.

From: no-reply@kitbash3d.com
Subject: Verify your email address

This step must be taken before you can reset your password.

Account verification codes will only be valid for 30 minutes from the timestamp of the email.

If you attempt to sign in or reset your password without verifying your account first, the sign in screen will appear with a warning and an option to request a new verification code.

You must click the Send Code button to request a new code to be sent via email.

I can't sign into Cargo

Cargo Sign-In Page is Unresponsive

Please review the steps above as some of these also apply to signing into Cargo, with the exception of browser version.

If you are experiencing any of the issues listed below, this could be an issue related to your VPN, network security, or firewall settings or if you're using an outdated version of Cargo.

First, ensure that you're using the most up to date version of Cargo. The version is shown in the top left of the Cargo application.

View our Cargo change log here, or simply download the latest version here

If you're on the latest version of Cargo and are still facing a non-responsive Cargo sign-in screen, follow the steps in our Troubleshooting Cargo Installation and Download issues guide.

Signs of a Network Security or Firewall Issue

  • Unable to successfully sign into Cargo, but can successfully sign into KitBash3D.com

  • The sign-in button in Cargo is grayed out and appears to be unresponsive or frozen

  • Unable to successfully reset password in Cargo—the Save button is grayed out and unresponsive.

  • No error messages pop up when attempting to sign in.

Windows Defender

Since most Windows OS devices come with Defender, please check the permissions settings in Defender if you're experiencing an unresponsive Cargo sign in screen.

Navigate to Windows Defender Firewall settings in the Control Panel or by searching in the Windows search bar

  • Check whether you are currently connected to "Private networks" or "Guest or public networks"

  • Click on "Advanced settings" in the left-hand menu

  • Check whether Outbound connections are currently allowed for the type of network you're currently on (Private or Guest/Public)

  • If needed, change that setting by clicking on Windows Defender Firewall Properties and changing "Block" to "Allow (default)" for Outbound connections, then click Apply
