To get Cargo properly installed/updated you can follow these steps:
Uninstall Cargo
From the Windows Start menu
From Settings > Apps > Installed Apps
Redownload Cargo from kitbash3d.com
Once the download is complete, extract the file.
Open the Cargo installer.
Click Install and follow the steps until the installation is finished.
Cargo will automatically open with the latest version.
Sign in and enjoy Cargo!
