Accounts may be frozen for various reasons, including but not limited to:
Account accessed from multiple locations
Downloaded assets found on unregistered devices
High volume of downloads indicating potential piracy
Unauthorized alterations made to downloaded files, plugins, or applications
Consequences of account freezing:
No Refunds: No refund will be provided for frozen accounts, and the associated email address will be banned from accessing Cargo.
Teams Plan Impact: If a suspended user is part of a Teams plan, the account owner will receive a warning. Continued suspicious activity may result in suspension for the entire team and all its members.
Reactivation Discretion: KitBash3D reserves the right to reactivate accounts at their sole discretion. They may decide to credit the suspended time but are not obligated to do so.
