If you own one of our Kits, you own that Kit for life and for every file type we support.
When you purchase a new Kit, we'll ask which software and renderer you're using before you add it to your cart so you can easily download the files you need at that time. Once you purchase that Kit, any time you'd like to use that Kit in another file format, you can follow the steps below.
How to Redownload your Kit in a Different File Format
Log into your KitBash3D account
Click the profile icon in the top right corner to go to your Account page
If it's not already highlighted, click "My Kits"
Select the Kit you'd like to redownload for a different file format
Use the drop-downs to choose your desired software and download preferences
❗ Be sure to allow multiple downloads in your browser when downloading Files and Textures together. These will come in two separate zip files to improve download speed. ❗
Click "Download Full Kit"
