How to reactivate your subscription

If you've set your subscription to cancel and the current billing cycle isn't over, you can reactivate your subscription to automatically renew rather than end.

  1. In Cargo, navigate to the Billing menu.
    Click the Profile icon -> Billing


2. From your subscription details, click Cancel. This will open a browser window where you can take action

3. The below window will open in your browser.
Click Don't Cancel Subscription


4. On the next screen, click Renew Subscription to confirm the update

4. Your subscription has been reactivated.
It will automatically renew on the date specified in your Billing Settings.

If your subscription has already ended, due to any circumstances, you will not be able to reactivate it.

To gain access to either of the Libraries in Cargo, you must purchase a new subscription.
