Where can I find an invoice for my subscription payment?
To receive an invoice for your subscription payment, start a conversation with our support team using the chat icon at the bottom left or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you an invoice via email.
What’s the refund policy?
If subscribed to Cargo Pro or Cargo Teams, you can cancel your plan and downgrade to Cargo Basic or delete your account at any time.

In order to get a full refund, you must do the following:
Cancel your subscription within three (3) days of the signup/billing date.
A refund will not be issued if the plan is canceled more than three (3) days after the signup/billing date.
In this case, the plan will be downgraded to Cargo Basic at the next renewal date and you will continue to have access to paid Cargo features for the remainder of the billing cycle.
