What payment methods are accepted?

  • You can pay for your Cargo subscription using the following payment methods:

    • Visa

    • Mastercard

    • American Express

    • Discover

  • If you’re a studio with more than 20 seats, we can process additional payment methods through our Studio Success Team. Contact us at studios@KitBash3D.com or learn more at https://kitbash3d.com/pages/enterprise.


Where can I find an invoice for my subscription payment?

  • To receive an invoice for your subscription payment, start a conversation with our support team using the chat icon at the bottom left or contact us at info@kitbash3d.com. We will send you an invoice via email.

⚠️We are currently unable to provide a VAT invoice for your Cargo Pro purchase.


What’s the refund policy?

If subscribed to Cargo Personal, Cargo Professional or Cargo Teams, you can cancel your plan and downgrade to Cargo Basic which takes effect on the next renewal date.

In order for your subscription to automatically end on the renewal date, you must click Cancel Plan within Cargo > Account BEFORE the renewal date.

You won't lose access early, you're only preventing the next auto-renewal.

In order to get a full refund, you must do the following:

  • Cancel your subscription within three (3) days of the signup/billing date.

A refund will not be issued if the plan is canceled more than three (3) days after the signup/billing date.

In this case, the plan will be downgraded to Cargo Basic at the next renewal date and you will continue to have access to paid Cargo features for the remainder of the billing cycle.

⚠️ KitBash3D reserves the right to grant refunds, taking into account the volume of asset downloads from the platform subsequent to the purchase or renewal.
