Given the digital nature of our Kits, we don't typically issue refunds; however, we will make exceptions for certain instances as long as files have not been downloaded.
Once files are downloaded, we cannot accept a return.
Instances we may grant a refund for include:
Mistakenly purchasing the wrong item or a duplicate item
*Only if you have not yet downloaded the corresponding files from your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return if it has not been downloaded.
