How do I access my order invoice and order history?

How to access past orders and download invoices any time you need them

You can access your entire order history and download invoices at any time from your KitBash3D account.

Be sure you're logged into the correct account when looking for a specific order invoice. If you have Kits across multiple accounts and would like to consolidate them, check out this article to learn more about how we can help.

To download an invoice, follow the steps below.

How to Download an Invoice

  1. Log into your KitBash3D account

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner to go to your Account page

  3. Click "My Orders"

  4. Click "Download Invoice" on the order number you'd like a new invoice for

Now you have your invoice! 🎉
