Absolutely! This happens all the time with our customers, where they'll purchase multiple Kits from accounts linked to different email addresses. This becomes difficult to keep track of your Kits, so we can easily consolidate all your Kits into one account with your desired primary email.
To have us successfully merge multiple KitBash3D accounts into one, use the chat box in the bottom left corner to let us know you'd like to consolidate your accounts, and provide us with the following information:
The email addresses associated with both accounts
Which account you’d like to be your primary account moving forward
Then we'll take care of the rest!
