What graphics card would you advise for your kits?

It's always exciting to spec out and build a new machine!

A quick note: since the hardware market changes quickly, your best bet for the most up-to-date advice is to ask our community in our Discord server.

With regards to the optimal requirements to use our models, that really depends less on our models and more on the software that you are planning on using them in and the way that you are going to be using them.

For example, if you are going to be working in Cinema4D, and rendering still images with a GPU-based renderer, you'd probably want to go with a lower-core count processor with higher clock speeds, and a fast graphics card.

If you were instead going with a CPU-based renderer, you could downgrade the graphics card and go with a higher core count processor.  32 GB of RAM is probably sufficient for all of your needs, but if you plan on rendering animations and doing heavy video editing, you may want to go with 64 GB.  And even there, you could definitely get away with less, depending on the performance you are trying to achieve.

Not sure if our Kits will work on your machine? Give our free Mini Kit a test drive and find out!
